The room was brand-new and reasonably spacious and included coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was particularly good - not very far from Randol's.

Every staff member is very friendly and extremely friendly and strives to meet your needs. It has favourable and magnificent location in the middle of jackson. And it's just off many restaurants and the mall, Lafayette, and the mall.

All members of the staff was very amiable and extremely friendly. We were in a favourable location at walking distance from The Bayou Church. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its brand-new and reasonably spacious room and really helpful staff. The location was excellent and marvellous, right by Lafayette and shopping restaurants and the movies and the mall. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Loved the room set up, clean and comfortable bed. Clear bedside table with phone charger. Plenty of towel sets in bathroom. Handy fridge and microwave downstairs. Phone and tablet charger bar in lobby. Pool table and gym. 24 hour coffee bar with French coffee, hot chocolate, teas, and flavored creamer.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent when needed. The hotel's position was good, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's close to the mall and shopping restaurants and the movies.
